Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using WATO, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use WATO. By using the app you represent that you meet this age requirement. Users under 18 should have parental consent.

3. Your Account

You are responsible for:

  • Keeping your login credentials secure.
  • All activity that occurs under your account.
  • Providing accurate and up-to-date information.

You must notify us immediately at info@middleman.online if you suspect unauthorised access to your account.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Post content that is unlawful, abusive, harassing, or fraudulent.
  • Impersonate another person or misrepresent your identity.
  • Use the app to distribute spam or unsolicited messages.
  • Attempt to reverse engineer, hack, or disrupt the service.
  • Use automated tools to scrape or collect data from WATO.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules.

5. User Content

You retain ownership of content you submit (profile photos, trip details, messages). By submitting content you grant WATO a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to store, display, and share that content within the app as necessary to provide the service. We do not claim ownership of your content.

6. Subscriptions and Payments

WATO offers a free tier and a paid subscription (“WATO Pro”).

  • Subscriptions are billed through the App Store (Apple) or Google Play and are subject to their respective payment terms.
  • Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the billing period.
  • We do not process refunds directly — refund requests must be made through Apple or Google.
  • Prices may change with reasonable notice.

7. Intellectual Property

All WATO branding, design, code, and content (excluding user-submitted content) is owned by WATO and protected by copyright and trademark law. You may not copy, modify, or distribute our intellectual property without written permission.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

WATO is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or meet your specific requirements. Use of the app is at your own risk.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, WATO shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the service — including loss of data, missed travel connections, or loss of revenue.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to WATO at any time, with or without notice, for conduct that violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties. You may delete your account at any time via Profile & Settings.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes via the app or email. Continued use after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Kingdom. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
